René Bazin formerly of Standard Electric Telephone and Cables Ltd created High Frequency Industrial Services (HFIS)
1960s - 1980s
Standard Electric Telephone and Cables Ltd aquired HFIS renaming it Stanelco Industrial Services Ltd.
Introduced doube headed welder, further solid state induction heating power supplies and nuclear waste welders.
Stanelco as an independant company and was renamed as Stanelco Products Ltd, manufacturing HF thermal processing equipment
Stanelco Products Ltd introduced RF Furnaces for Fibre Optic cables
Became leading supplier of solid state furnaces to the fibre optics industry.
Developed mobile solid state machine for sealing bags of hazardous waste
Renamed as Stanelco Fibre Optics Ltd.
Named as the largest independant supplier of Zirconia and Graphite fibre optic furnaces in the world.
Launched MCVD furnaces and entered new market of welding high-end waste containers made of plastic.
